Onvy

ONVY is a Munich health-tech startup building an AI-driven wellness app. I joined the founding team before launch and stayed through the first major growth phase, contributing across product design and React Native development.

The most concrete thing I built: ONVY's first payment and subscription flow, designed and implemented in React Native end-to-end. I also designed the AI health report system and the B2B program model that became one of their two primary revenue streams. The harder design challenge was making complex biometric data — recovery scores, stress indices, activity patterns — feel personal rather than clinical.

The app launched in Spring 2022 and is still live.
