Enduco

Enduco is a German sports-tech startup building AI-powered cycling training. By late 2022 they had a shipped product but no design foundation — no shared component language, no documentation, no path to dark mode without manual rework on every component.

I rebuilt their entire Figma UI library from scratch alongside another designer. The standout technical decision: we shipped automated dark mode generation before Figma released variables. We built a semantic token system that propagated mode changes without any manual adjustment per component — something most teams weren't doing yet.

The system is live in the Enduco app today.
