Instaffo is a dual-sided recruitment marketplace. As their teams grew, the Figma component library and the codebase had quietly diverged — same names, different behavior, increasing friction at every handoff. They brought me in as an external consultant to diagnose and rebuild.

I restructured the system into two dedicated libraries (Foundations and Components), ran a full audit against the existing codebase, and introduced Figma variables for dynamic theming. I also produced video documentation so the system would outlast my engagement — not a one-time delivery. Both design and engineering teams actively use it today, with accessibility guidelines baked into every component.
